Shipping Information

Orders are usually shipped via UPS. Shipping times depend primarily on availability. DuMont Estate Jewelry will not falsify shipping documents or declare shipments as "gifts".

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for all orders! Free shipping only applies to the continental 48 states and does not apply to APO/AFP addresses. UPS Ground is used for non-rushed deliveries. Expedited shipping is available; however, it does not qualify for free shipping.

International Orders

Orders outside the continental US will be contacted by DuMont Estate Jewelry so arrangements may be made. International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, or import fees that are charged on delivery. Check with your local postal service to see if any of these charges may apply to your shipment. APO and AFO addresses will be charged an additional fee for shipping.

Delivery

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the receipt of order. Except during the holiday season, every effort will be made to maintain this time frame; however, we cannot guarantee it due to the volume of orders received. To avoid disappointment please order early.
