Returns & Exchanges

Return, Refund, Store Credit, and/or Exchange Information

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered for unwanted items except in special cases authorized by DuMont Estate Jewelry.

To the extent that you purchase any goods or services directly from us, we will consider an exchange of your purchase for its purchase price within 30 days of you notifying us in writing of your desire for the return, together with the reason for the request, ONLY if the item was grossly misrepresented by DuMont Estate Jewelry as a result of typographical errors or any errors. Products must be returned to us in NEW CONDITION, as determined by inspection, with any tags or packaging intact. DuMont Estate Jewelry will never purposely state incorrect descriptions or falsify listing information for any products or services. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products or services for any reason, then please notify us in writing at contact@dumontestatejewelry.com.Please provide us with your purchase receipt number as well as the item number.

Timelines

The customer has 30 days from receipt to have an authorized return or exchange delivered to our Return Processing Center. Returns take an average of 7 days to process.

Exchange Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the safe return of items in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with all tags attached. The customer also pays for the shipping of exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return&Exchange Process: Authorization Number (RA#)

Unauthorized and/or misdirected returns may be refused. Customer must email us for a RA number PRIOR to returning the product. Item must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the RA number.
